All of our products are made to order. This means your item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, shortages, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping

Canada

  • Estimated delivery: 7-10 business days after fulfillment

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is provided and an order has already entered production or shipped, we may be unable to modify or replace the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and, when applicable, photographs of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Order Cancellation

You can reach out to us within 24 hours of placing an order by using theΒ contact form or emailing us at contact@freedomenjoyer.com. Please include your order number. We cannot guarantee your order can be cancelled due to the nature of the print-on-demand process.
