Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 15 business days and we'll make it right. If you do not reach out within 15 business days we will assume your order is satisfactory and the refund window will close.

To initiate a refund please contact us. We do not refund shipping costs.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us (be sure to include your order number).

You can always contact us for any additional return question(s).

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not issue refunds for orders placed incorrectly by the customer, including selecting the wrong size, color, shipping address, or product variant.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds on digital purchases or gift cards.
